Well, I was on an onboarding call and they were talking about staffing and projects. The presenter said to reach out to them if you don’t think your project is a good fit. In his words “you were hired into the firm, not a specific project. We see you here long term... With the exception of PDM model” 😅

Just was curious to know whether we have to go to office physically for the joining or we can join virtually as I am not in Bangalore. Hi, I am a senior interior designer currently working in India with 5.5 yrs. of experience, recently started working as a sales and design head, where I take care of sales and conversion and meanwhile also look into the proper design process and output.
