I started working for a bank and am going through the background check. They found an arrest which was dismissed and the file was sealed a few days after the check. They’re requesting the police report on top of the court order to seal. The police report is BAD. During the arrest (DUI) they wrote the report to make me seem like a complete lunatic. Embellished on several elements of the case. I am worried that giving them this report will cause me to be let go.

What would you all say a VP, Management Director at an Ogilvy, Leo or FCB make? $150k sound right? Appreciate any insight here.

My company is offering to pay for external learning (ie conferences, certifications, training etc) and I’m interested in growing my knowledge in branding. Are there any courses out there that y’all recommend?

My husband repeatedly claims domestic abuse falsely, and it’s getting too much. Now that I have kids he has started saying this to them and they say it back to me. I'm graduating with a Master's in Biomedical Engineering with a decent amount of research in academia (and no "professional experience" outside of research facilities), but I don't want to pursue down the line to get a PhD. I have been juggling the options of R&D in the industry (MedTech, Biotech, Pharma) or Consulting (Life Sciences) for which I don't really have a background. What are my other options?
