Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture

I have 2 remote jobs. One $190k and the second $120/hr c2c. I work both 8-6pm my time. One is on the east coast and one on central time. I have both laptops on my desk. When one job books time with me, I block the calendar of my other job to keep them in sync. I spend a few dedicated hours on each and bust my butt to be productive on both during working hours. I'm comfortable being decent (not a rock star) at both. If I am feeling like I have more than I can handle I'll put in a few extra hours to clear my work backlog. If I felt like the backlog was unmanageable, I'd drop one job. I only planned to do it a few months but it's been over a year and so far, so good.
I’ve just started a second role as a sales contractor. Full time I’m a remote/hybrid program manager (nontech) current salary is 51k in NYC 🥴😖😢2nd job has the potential to get me to 65k. I just started training it’s a struggle to manage time. I actually wanted to know if there is anyone else doing it.

3 jobs currently but 1 of my jobs is part time. My first two jobs required less than 10 hours of work a week so I acquired a third. This new job takes up a lot of my time so I’m currently looking for a new one. I’ve only been in this role 3 weeks 😅 but I’m always on the hunt
I’ve been working 2 remote jobs for the past 1.5yrs. Recruiting in Tech and Healthcare. 96k base with one and the other 90k. Tech has slowed down at the moment and I just started with the Healthcare company about a week ago. I think it’s important to know that if you’re going to have multiple remote roles that one of the roles have to be easy going. If things weren’t where they are now with tech recruiting I would probably get a second gig as a recruiting coordinator.
I have two pages. One is my main page and the other displays my secondary role and is only used for Recruiter honestly. There’s only a company picture on that page as well and both are locked so I only accept connection request.
