JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte
Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

if you are not sure, ask them to have coffee with others in the team and get a more rounded perspective.
Go with your gut. Who do you see yourself working better with? Who is likely to impress more and add more value in the long term?
I consider how they would be in my team, would they get on with others? Have they got traits that are similar to low performers?
If both are equally qualified, and both are good cultural fits then I’d go for the one that is more eager / wants the job more. Likely to get a more dedicated and invested colleague
Simple, do inki, ponki, donki, poo.... Whoever lands on Poo gets the job to do...
Thanks all!

???? I’m hoping that you have a role and level competency framework, and your interviews are about gathering evidence of competence level and not ‘fit’ which is laden with opportunity for unconscious bias.
Yeah so as i said, both equally qualified and competent and personable
