What kind of comp can you expect exiting into an corporate Strategy and Ops role after 3 years post-undergrad at a top tier consulting firm? I know it’ll vary across geography and company size, but it seems like around $180-200k for all-in comp (base/bonus/equity) is reasonable for a mid-size private company in CA. Or am I off my rocker?

Anyone witness slackers who got into companies you have no idea how? Had a coworker who does jack chit at work besides chatting on Facebook yet lands at a faang company? I guess if he brings the same work ethic he will be spit out for sure. Or maybe he just had no interest in doing project work.

HR said that the minimum hike we get in Fujitsu is 10% and for better ratings its always above that never below. Is that correct?
And what about telephone bill component in CTC, it'll be continued even if wfo resumes?
