How long it takes to get the feedback on final interview.Do they update for selection or rejection or just don't do anything.I had my final interview this Friday. I tried calling the hr but didn't get any response.

Hello professionals!
I am a B.tech CSE student and have two offers :-
1) EXL services:- Role( Business analyst Band A2)
6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.

Please don't ignore this and help me to choose the right decision.
So please if you are from EXL and Fractal or have any idea about these companies please help to make right decision as Fresher

Hi fishes,
Want some feedback for Employees Assistant Program (EAP) by Capgemini which provides facilities to connect with Therapist.
Actually I am going through some tough times(going through a divorce), want to connect to EAP to discuss my mental health issues.
I had connected once and they say that the conversations are strictly confidential.
