How's CG- SCB projects.
It's been 1 month on joining. Project has blocked us but not billable. Even I didn't receive laptop yet.
Already done L1 and L2 before offer and got selected for multiple projects within SCB. But post joining they said hacker rank and client interview is there. But no further info on that too.
Wondering projects are there or not and what would b the job guarantee. Anyone faced this scenario, any feedback.

I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. CTC offered - 14 Lac ( fixed )
Current CTC - 5 6 LAC
Skill - AWS Cloud + Python + Devops

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?

Note :- LWD in my current company is 1ST Nov
