Got 19lpa from wipro Cognizant as Guidewire developer and offers from pwc, value momentum, Accenture ,Zensar,are in pipeline..and am expecting little more(may be 21) Capgemini offered a similar package as of wipro and work here is cool..Currently serving Notice period and two more months left .. 5 years experience in Capgemini..started as fresher.. Any suggestion on the next best thing to do?should I wait/take offer from CG. Am expecting a decent package along with work life balance,being a mom

I'm a second year, and I still feel like I'm running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

Partners/senior associates/mid levels, when do you expect junior associates to not act like such newbs? I feel like the patience the seniors in my group give me is wearing then, but I still feel so confused all the time.

Is this normal? Or am I falling too far behind and should begin looking for a different kind of job? :(

Does anyone feel guilty about spending so much money on their wedding day?

On one hand I know it will be such a special day with all our family and friends. On top of that I feel like we hired incredibly talented people that will make the day awesome.

How can I get a job in IT companies as an talent acquisition?

I have been given an opportunity to take on a Project Coordinator role at my existing company (IT MSP) I'll basically be developing the role at our company. Any advice? How to keep track of various happenings for the many projects we'll have going on at one time? I recently got 22 computers and peripherals etc sorted out for one brand new client, 25 for another with added software preps, and am working through another 24 for another existing client, we'll be physically moving another client...
