Hi all, I have a question regarding H1B. I am being approached by two consultancy saying they will sponsor for my H1B lottery and if selected the apply for petition. I work in a product company which doesn’t have big presence in US for tech jobs. So I’m thinking of applying through these consultancies. I have 2 queries. Will it be a problem if both of them apply for me? One consultancy is saying they can create multiple petitions.
