This mail came after a person came for my physical address verification and verified.

Above mail is for BGV completed mail or BGV started? What other steps after this?

There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
