Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

Customer success, it's just a more end-to-end experience and the customers have more trust. I prefer it.
Our sales team does. I would say it makes everything more efficient, then the sales team is thinking long term and make the right moves/approach that really improves churn.
Our sales team has a dedicated renewals team. My feelings about it are a bit mixed. It helps the customer to have a narrower poc field and develop the relationship but the company feels that account managers should be focused on new bookings vs both. It just adds more people and dilutes the customer relationship.
Right now, the customer deals with a minimum of 5-8 people from sales alone, much less the delivery people.
