My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

Natwest is very good in terms of WlB, Job security and employee friendly compamy
Does Natwest increase salary after completing 6 months probation period?
18 lpa from natwest is a good number considering it as fixed package. Also there would be a bonus on the top of that. There would be plenty of leaves and a good wlb. However you can get more package from other organizations
Can't comment on the type of work in Barclay's. If the project is from scratch in Natwest then you should consider it keeping in mind the learning opportunities, however I would say you should negotiate with Natwest to match Barclay's offer if you are joining Natwest.
Got an offer from Natwest.. however it does not mention the performance bonus component. Do they provide it over and above CTC?
Band 7.2
Yes it would not be mentioned in ctc.. it's on the top of ctc approx 10 -15%
Okay thats sounds good. Additionally the offer mentions the first 6 months would be probation period.. do we get the same benefits as other employees during this period or how is it?
Asking in terms of leaves, insurance etc..?
Everything remains same except the notice period which is 30 days in probation and 90 days after probation is over. 30 annual leaves and 12 sick leaves and 10 mandatory holidays.
