I recently joined a new company but received a better opportunity that requires an immediate joiner. If I resign after receiving my first salary without serving the notice period, and then join the new company without disclosing this short-term employment, will there be any issues during background verification due to my PF (Provident Fund) account or employment records?

If yes, what would be the best way to handle this situation?
