I was interviewed for the role of Application Engineer and hR discussed the salary they are offering 1 LPA more with the stock units . Currently I'm working as a senior Analyst in Accenture in the Java domain. Is it good to switch to Amazon. Kindly need inputs from Amazonians.
I want to know the work life balance in the Amazon as an Application Engineer.

I just accepted an offer in writing. The new job will start the background check next which I’ve been told it may take a while to complete. My start date at the new job isn’t until 2023 so there is some time for me to turn in my notice. I don’t anticipate any hiccups in the background check but is it wise to wait until the background check is complete before turning in my notice?
