I’m currently in a situation where the company is releasing me the very next day. During the call, they mentioned that I will be paid until my LWD (excluding weekends and holidays).

However, this was only communicated verbally. I wanted to check , is it standard practice for companies to provide a written/email confirmation for such commitments? Should I proactively request one for clarity and documentation?

I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. Wanted to know how long do they take to come back ? Since today is the last day of accepting the offer , should I just accept this offer and would they still revise it after accepting it ? l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?
