Need one info. I joined Accenture this month and got a mail from Bgv team that my employment verification is on hold as I don't have experience letter from my last organization, i did provide them relieving letter as experience letter from my last company will take around 40-45 days. My concern is will that create an issue or i can provide them the letter post 45 days. Do they wait that long??

How do you choose which production company to work with? ie. What are the characteristics or criteria you look for when making your decision? What makes you trust that company?

I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
