I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
Also, help me calculate the in hand approx for this.

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay?
