Feeling like lowballed by hr.
Though i had counter offer of 17.3 (15.7 fixed)

1. Will exl pay the variable pay fully ?
2. Hr mentioned for client meetings i may need to come to Noida on my own expenses ( from chennai) but may be once in a year.
Is that true ?

Our 5 month old started daycare about 5 weeks ago. We’ve already had to keep her home for 2.5 of those 5 weeks due to catching various illnesses (croup, rsv, brinchiolitis, etc). Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay?
