It is true. No security here in Lilly even though you with 24/7. No acknowledgement of excellence. High pressure job. This was not the case before 3 years ago but now every day is counting.

First year lit associate here. I had a tough time deciding between corporate and lit and chose lit because I wanted to litigate. Its only been a few months but I’m not enjoying the people or the work as it turns out (too many internal investigations and researching obscure issues, haven’t been on a single filed case yet). Anyone else in lit lateral early on in their careers?
