Hi everyone! Currently living and working in Japan and am interested in the job market temperature for non-N1 speakers here. I know there are several international companies (some of which I’ve applied to), but most require native Japanese AND native English. Wondering if anyone has insight as to how strict that requirement *really* is, given that Japanese is not a globally recognized language and Japan is more interested in foreign markets now than ever.
