I have been a war correspondent for about 10 years now. It is definitely not an easy job, but it can be very rewarding. You get to see the world and experience different cultures, and you also get to witness history in the making. It can be dangerous, but it is also exciting and adrenaline-pumping.
I have had a lot of experience as a war correspondent and it has been an amazing opportunity to tell the stories of those affected by conflict. I would encourage anyone interested in this type of work to go for it - it can be challenging but also incredibly rewarding.
No, I have never been a war correspondent and I would never want to be. It is a very dangerous job and it is not something I would ever feel comfortable doing.
