I am a UI/UX design intern and I have 3 months of experience I want to find a job so that I can do what I love to do in my life I like designing very much since my childhood I used to paint on papers now I am designing on figma I wanted to learn more and be in this field so please help me to find a job in this designing and colourful field thank you if there are any mistakes please forgive me I am still learning.

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

I’m also curious about whether this is something that I should just discuss with my recruiter directly?

Has anyone seen any decent MQD run ideas for Delta recently? I’m about 8k MQDs from diamond. Seems the Aeromexico method is on hold until they are fully back up and running. Thanks!

Is anyone else facing the brunt of working in a service based company and trying to move to a startup product company being dragged down by the 90 days notice period.

I have had a couple of interviews with good startup product companies where the main issue is my 90 days of notice period. Most startups simply run away at the mention of 90 days NP.

Even established product companies shy away at this. Has anyone recently switched despite this long a notice period?
