I am working with Ford since past 2 years and have around 3 + yoe, my managers and senior managers trust me to deliver reports and business trust me as well, so in March April and June a delivered an excel report where u have to fill in numbers using the definitions but yesterday I got to find out that I was doing it wrong and numbers were reported out multiple times,i told my manager about this. Is this viable to do mistakes at this point of career, I’m very scared.

Interested in how much others spend on food per month and what that breakdown looks like between at home or ordering out.

My husband and I have no kids and order/go out very rarely, maybe once a month, and our grocery bill for just the 2 of us has risen to around $750-$800 per month this year.

It's starting to feel very unreasonable to spend so much despite not wasting much. I do buy mostly produce but not always organic, and very little meat.

I work for a late stage(ipo) start up, earlier this year we were acquired & since then they got rid of our yearly bonuses and gave us an ESOP grant.
2 RIFs later we are almost bare bones. Since we are coming up on our usual yearly evaluations many of us assumed (with multiple conversation from our managers) that pay raises and promotions were due.
In a recent All hands we found out that this year there will be no pay raises nor promotions based off merit. Is it time to jump ship?
