Looking for risk and compliance analyst job

Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?

Yes, unless you really love what you’re doing (though I’m imagining you’re stretched pretty thin).
Said differently: why would you stay?
Only reasons to stay is how much soft & hard skills I’ve learned along the way, but that will only go so far since potentially no more room of growth in the company
If you enjoy the work, are learning, and believe in the product/company why not negotiate for more stock options/ stock?
This is a great alternative, I wonder how to bring this up ??
Time to bounce. If they won’t pay you what you’re worth, someone else will.
It sounds like salary compensation is a priority to you (and it’s important to know the kind of compensation you prioritize). You can continue to build your skills at other companies, so I wouldn’t let that hold you back from making a change. Making the jump to another company/role can be stressful, but I think it may benefit you in the long term. Personally, I’m not fond of being told by managers that pay increases are on the horizon only to then be told at an “all hands” that no pay increases will happen in the year. I understand that managers don’t get insight into all of the senior leadership decisions, but I’d rather have a one-on-one conversation with my manager about the lack of pay raises once they were made aware.
