Hi everyone,

I recently completed 3 rounds of interviews for a Business Analyst role at Swiss Re. After the interviews, HR had a compensation discussion with me . I was informed that the offer would likely be released within 2 days, but it has now been more than a week.

I wanted to understand from others who may have interviewed with or worked at Swiss re. is it common for the offer release process to take some additional time even after verbal confirmation and compensation discussions?

Yes, this is completely normal. Large financial institutions and product-based companies often require multiple layers of internal approval for compensation packages, which can delay the official paperwork.For context, I recently went through the same process with Swiss Re. I interviewed on 11th May and was told to expect the offer by 15th May. I finally received the official offer on 20th May. Don't worry, the internal finance and HR approvals simply take some time. Hang in there!
