Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.
I want to earn good money without compromising on WLB.
This is my profile
1 year at a Fintech firm in Product role (Current Role) in Gurgaon
1 year at PwC as Consultant 1
MBA (Finance) grad Skills: SQL, Excel, Power BI, Client Issues, Jira for bug reports and tracking team activities, etc.
Any companies that anyone can suggest? Any other skills that I should pick up? Current base pay is 10 LPA. I feel a bit underpaid.
Want to stay in similar business analyst, product analyst roles.

Hours are project dependent, as is all advisory/consulting gigs. Personally I work between 45-55, rarely more and never less.

i’ve been averaging about 45 hours in CMAAS (been in the group and staffed for a little under 6 months).
My worst week was like 52 and my manager apologized profusely the one night I worked until 10. It’s team dependent but i’ve had a great experience, plus the pay is really good.
I’m sure as a manager up hours are worse, but not brutal on my team for associates and seniors.
55-60 but some may be more or less. Engagement dependent.

I don’t know anyone averaging this, that’s like 2800 hours for the year
