Hi everyone, I recently completed my MBA in Finance and I’m looking for my first job. Since I don’t have experience yet, I’m considering working in a CA firm for at least 6 months to build practical skills. Would this be a good step for my career? I’d appreciate your guidance.

Hi all! I need some candid advice from y'all. How do I get my manager to see my value and see that I'm actually doing a lot of work? For some reason all the other departments & teams I work with always say how grateful they are that I've joined the company because I've really been cleaning things up & making their lives way easier. But for some reason in my manager's eyes all I do is "meets expectations". I already am doing senior level work as the only senior on our team left a month in... (1)

Hello everyone!
I'm happy with the job I do but I expect a better compensation. I'm a B.com graduate, worked in operations for 3.5 years and moved to a technical role within the same company because I have always been passionate about tech. Now I have 1.5 years of experience as a product support engineer and am pursuing MCA in cloud computing. I have a package of 6.3 LPA. I'm expecting around 10 LPA.
Please tell if I'm expecting too much. Also suggest what skills I should acquire to achieve this
