Hi Fishies,
Looking for any reviews/suggestions regarding Pubmatic. Most important is the tech stack and learning aspects.
Big data technologies(Scala-Spark etc) and Java.
Also in discussion with Impetus and Autodesk (via third party i.e. Applicantz).
CTC is not a concern right now as what they are offering is enough for me right now.
Any suggestions would be helpful

I have an offer from Mercer to join as module lead with 12.5 fix CTC and annual incentive plan which is not clearly mentioned in offer letter. My joining date is 31st October so as per company policy anyone joining after 1st oct won't be eligible for appraisal cycle nor for annual incentive plan..which makes my package 12.5 lacs for next one and a half year.
Not sure if it would be a wise decision, current CTC is 9.08 lacs Mercer
Hey All!
I have a phone interview for a data scientist role at snowflake comming up. Any advice on how to prep?
The email indicates that the call will cover my experience, motivations, and understanding of Snowflake.
Curious if other have gone through the process and have insights to share. Or if anyone at snowflake can shed light on how I can be effective.

Exited at 135 base. Work max 40h a week.
Corp strategy
110-130, bonus and RSU highly variable dependent on company and industry, but reasonable range is 5-25%.
Total comp is generally is lower than LEK’s but prolly not this year. First promotion in industry as an AC-exit (e.g. Corp Strat Associate to Manager) takes one’s level to post MBA (equivalent of going from AC to C) in roughly the same time with similar total comp, much better hours, and an inflated title, which may help MBA apps and other corporate exits.
I’ll add here, that another major benefit of working in house is full access to sensitive company and customer datasets.
Bowl Leader
Was interviewing for a couple in Chicago, 100-120 seemed to be around the package, the post mba SAC/C role usually goes for 120
AC4 - I was applying for Associate roles, could apply for a manager if I was at the end of my first C2 year. sounds about right, generally speaking as an AC I’d try to play up your experience and get “promoted” to associate over senior analyst
Bowl Leader
That’s base, bonus is usually 10-20%
Feel like NY none start up exits are ~115-140ish but think knocking off like 20ish for Chicago /Boston. Literally no idea what life is like on the west coast 🙃
125k base 20% bonus here
