I had my Technical interview with SALESFORCE on Dec2 for DevOps engineer - MTS . I haven't heard from them if I am selected or rejected. The career portal is still in " interview" status. HR won't reply. What to Do ? . How long will it take for Salesforce to conduct interviews??

Why is onsite so important for us IT people even though we can live a more comfortable life here in India and save equally here too? Not judging anyone since I am also one of those people who feels like a failure because I couldn't make it to onsite in last 7 years while many of my peers have.

Do you ever feel like there are rooms you’re locked out of? I’m a black woman, i lateraled to my group a few months ago with minimal onboarding and welcome. A white woman joined recently and everyone has bent over backwards to make her feel welcome and get her integrated into the group. Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job
