Hi everyone,

I was scheduled to join TCS Kolkata on 7th July, but during the pre-joining session on 3rd July, they informed me that my joining has been delayed by around 3 weeks due to a "Background check pending" status.

Is anyone else facing the same issue or has their joining from 7th July onwards?

Also, does anyone know how long the background check typically takes to complete and when we can expect updated joining dates?
