What's the weirdest thing anyone has ever said to you at work? One time a co-worker divulged to me that they had a collection of troll dolls that they named and sometimes still played with.

I made a couple errors at a new job. An important document to be distributed had wrong information on it, which was proofread by 2 other people. Then a couple of typos in emails, the person micromanaging me told me to send out but I didn’t fix the errors. Failed to meet a deadline but completed 95%. I was written up over all this last week, fired this week. There’s a lot more to this but I think it’s because the DM doesn’t like me.

So, some of my co-workers simply said that they want to go ahead and start something or start looking elsewhere (career change) because they don't know how much it will last at the pace we are going in regards to case intake and pay out. Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?
