Hi everyone, I’d appreciate some advice from recruiters here. I went for an interview last Friday (a week ago), and I was told I’d hear back by the end of last week—whether I got the job or not. I haven’t heard anything since, and I sent a follow-up email last Thursday with no response so far.

Is this common? Should I follow up again or just take the silence as a rejection? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

I am not a recruiter but keep looking and applying for other jobs...one of my job offers came many months later and I was still available but keep applying elsewhere..don't miss an even better job waiting for this one...employers can move slow until they are ready to hire...some large organizations get caught up in red tape and it's no reflection on you...
