1. Does HSBC provide bonus to those who are serving notice period?. I got an offer yesterday and thinking to put resignation but I have heard if you are serving notice period on March pay day then you will not be entitled for the annual bonus.

2. If suppose your 60 days of notice period is completing on Sunday then what will be the last working day. Will it be next working day I.e. Monday or last working day I.e. Friday?

Interviewed with firm. Crazy close to home. Firm does my specialty. Seems like a good fit (I have ptsd from previous firms so gun shy). I think I got low balled salary wise. Like $25k less than what I am making now. I would have 4+ years more experience than any of their associates. Their most senior associate has like 4 kids and has a stay at home wife. Then you rent a space for them to all work in, yea? Like a dorm. Nice beds and like a beer allowance. And your productive output is quite high man. Like you can take on at least 5 projects per copywriter. That's 50 projects x $150/hr/project.

Then by the end of the year, you've got a team of at the very least 30. And your productive output has increased quite a bit.

I was wondering what kind of contractual or other barriers I might face if I apply for one of the big 4 while working on a project with them in my current company.
I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.
The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.
Will this considered “poaching” if the consulting firm hires me? Would they need to talk to my current employer?
