I’m a 2024 Computer Science Engineering graduate with a disability. Because of my condition, it’s difficult for me to attend face-to-face interviews often, so I prefer online interviews when possible.

I’d really appreciate any tips on how to mention this professionally to recruiters or in job applications. How can I communicate my situation in a positive way while still showing that I’m capable and serious about my work?

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments.
