Nope. Way toooooo much going on. The narrative parts here need to go. You can tell the story in the interview. The bullets are for highlights and for them to get the idea. If you put everything on there and the story, they have no reason to call you. You want to make your resume lure them in.
So is mine too wordy?
Wait. Did you graduate over 10 years ago? No one cares about your GPA anymore. Arguably, no one ever did. GPA is not an indicator of anything. The only people who care are engineers, med, schools, law, schools, and idiots.
when you have a strong GPA it's never going to hurt having it on there- its like when people include "Eagle Scout"- on a resume- probably really old info- and generally not relevant but makes me think good thoughts about you.
Definitely remove the narrative under each of the roles. Keep the bullet points. The narrative is what you want to say during your interview
2nd page
Highly suggest getting this down to one page. There is wayyyyy too much on here and most recruiters and employers will not look at more than one page.
Any other feedback from recruiters?
Agree with the others - remove the narrative and keep just the bullet points. Get rid of anything that's too old (unless it's specifically relevant to the job you're applying for). The goal should be to get it down to one page, so you're definitely going to need to cut a lot of the fluff on there. I'm actually quite astonished a resume writer did this.
I’m so disappointed ☹️ So what exactly should I remove, the narrative or the bullet points?
I initially paid $600 in 2017. I paid $100 for an update in 2018 and then I just paid $200 for this.
