I’m an automation engineer with two years of experience, a bachelor’s in technology, and expertise in cloud platforms and various Linux distributions. I’m considering moving to Australia for work and wanted to check if CommonWealth Bank of Australia sponsors visas for foreign nationals in junior or mid-level roles.

Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!
