Hi all! I work in digital marketing / organic social. For those in organic social what platform do you use for scheduling posts, analytics, UGC, managing influencers etc? We currently use bizzare voice/curalate. I work for a national retail brand so we are posting 2x a day with tons of UGC and in house content. McK 🐟 - How long does Mck take to declare results? I had 5 rounds of interviews for a PD role, last one being on 12th Nov. There is no communication yet. There is no recruiter in between and I dropped a mail to the hiring manager (director) asking her about the result. She gave positive feedback and said that she will respond after the Thanksgiving week. The entire week has passed and it's Tuesday of another week. No response yet. Is this common? I am losing hope. I work in a midsize firm and we have the basic subscription to westlaw, which doesn’t include the ability to see filed briefs, motions, etc without incurring additional costs. I’m wondering if there is a service in the NJ/PA area that gives you access to previously filed motions and briefs? So if I’m drafting a summary judgment I could search the service and find a similar one. If this doesn’t exist.. I think I found the next million dollar idea lol

Do you think there’s a glass ceiling for out gay employees? I’ve been with my (now) husband for the last two decades and had three positions. I’ve absolutely excelled in each, winning awards, exceeding goals, working well. But with each position, I’ve had difficulty getting promoted. I even took on the responsibilities of a senior director after his firing and I couldn’t get promoted. My handpicked successor — who I think is an excellent marketer — became a director almost immediately.
