Had a recruiter that said they’d reach out by a certain day on if I made it to the next round of interviews but I haven’t heard from them yet. Should I keep following up orrrr take that as a no?
Got an offer for a position that I really want and more salary. Problem is that I love my team. Both companys have above 4.5 stars on glass door. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Wanting to apply for a role at LinkedIn, but noticed it asks if you are a Deloitte employee. Are they going to ask Deloitte for information or alert them in any way that I’m applying elsewhere?
I see a role within a team that I’m interested in but the experience level is low under the minimum qualifications section, which leads me to believe I may be too senior for this particular role (L4). I’d still like to learn more about the role and team so would be happy to chat with the recruiter even if I’m over qualified. Thoughts? Do the different levels have pay band? I have about 10 years of work experience in my industry, 7-8 of those years in my field. What level should I aim for?
PwC- do you ghost people or send a thanks but no thanks email after someone failed their phone interview ?
I posted a few weeks ago about an awesome interview I had for a dream job with the CEO of a company. I had a follow up interview with someone else and just found out I didn’t get it. I’m crushed and doubting myself. Did I come across too strong? Was I way too eager? Do I have no skills? I feel like I’ll be stuck in consulting forever and I’m worried I burned a bridge.
Does anyone work at Prophet and is willing to answer a question about the interview process? Would appreciate it - thank you!
What is the TC for a GCP TAM role in Chicago with 6 years of related experience? My guess is this will be a L4 and I’m trying to have an understanding of what to negotiate for .

UX and UI are not interchangeable terms, or even adjacent disciplines. Those of you who use "UX/UI" to describe your role, is it just that you're a hybrid/unicorn, or do you not know the difference?
Friend of mine was coaching me on an upcoming Amazon interview. “They’ll be looking for any reason not to hire you.” I’m frankly not sure I’d want to work somewhere that thinks like that.
Left BCG after a year and realizing that I didn’t learn anything concrete. This has made interviewing for startups challenging, as my skill set is entirely fluff. Any tips from current startup ppl?
I am currently working as a Project Lead/Manager for a health care firm and wanna pivot towards TPM roles at tech firms. Need some inputs from current TPM’s on how their day to day work looks like? What the role as a TPM looks like? What are the challenges? etc… I am preparing myself to get into this role by trying to connect with TPM’s via LinkedIn, looking into posts/YouTube videos for interviews etc. Also applying for the roles simultaneously. Looking for some guidance/help..
Hi there! I have a remote, freelance, part time position for a project manager at one of our brands - this is at least a 3 month gig with the option for it to go much longer term if there’s interest on both sides. Between 20-25 hrs a week, great for a parent or someone that wants to re-enter the workforce. To apply:
How hard is it to move to FAANG from a relatively unknown boutique consulting firm? Are there extra leaps compared to MBB or Big 4, or if you get a referral you have similar odds?
Yahoo reports 1.4 million healthcare workers lost their job during COVID19. Are you one of them? How can we help?

What is so stressfull about consulting? Is it simply lack of managing client expectations?
If you get laid off as green card holder, do you have to go back to your home country? Can I take contract jobs while searching for full time?
Are there women here that have a significantly larger income than their male partner/ spouse? My husband used to make a little more money 10 years ago when we first met (when we were both making under 60k). Then I started climbing a fast track career ladder and now make a total comp of close to 300k and he is still under 80k... (which is totally fine with me btw). But I have noticed that this has caused a lot of serious issues for our relationship. any advice?
What are the levels within the SA role/cohort at PwC? Does it go to SA3? Or only SA2? Can you get hired as an SA2/3 from another firm? Is $110k for SA2 or SA3 in Houston or ATL a reasonable ask?

EY partner worried about where I got my undergraduate degree. Basically overlooking my 10 year experience and achievements during interview. Good riddance
Hi all! I’m an MBA Candidate with 3.5 years on H1B. What consulting firms are still hiring internationals among MBB and Big 4?
I'm through to last round of an extremely cool job opp. Salary at best will be lateral but title bump and extremely cool set of responsibilities. However will only likely start in Jan due to needing to wait for bonus and security clearance check. Have baby coming end of may. Per my understanding this means I won't even get statutory pay? What should I do? Or should I just view this as missing 2 weeks of £150 (ie unpaid leave) and whatever paid paternity leave benefit org has (likely 2 weeks)
Anyone have experience with business visa for india? Do they check with your company and is it easy to get caught if you faked the whole thing?
How do you respond to an interview call for a potential project? Like someone calls you to gauge your interest and tells you what the project is. Usually I don't know anything about the project so...
I don’t mean to be vague but does anyone have experience or insights on if things are “better” as a black person working as a consultant or in house somewhere rather than in an agency? Any POV is helpful. For background I currently work at Ogilvy in a pretty junior role and I see NO ONE that looks like me. Peers or at the top aside from those in HR/diversity and in addition to dealing with the day to day reality of being a POC in corporate America, its hard to visualize a path to “the top”.
