Hi everyone, I’m based in Australia and wanted to ask a quick question about the interview-to-hiring process here.

In my past experiences, background checks usually happened after all the interviews were completed. But this time, I was asked to complete a background check right after the first interview, even though more interview rounds are still scheduled.

Is this a common practice here in Australia? I’d really appreciate any insights. Thanks in advance!

And whether this NPS amount is on the top of the offered CTC or will they adjusted it with some other component mentioned under fixed salary?
