Work life balance is good. workshift is 8.30am till 4.30 -5 pm . As others mentioned, QA and BA roles are redundant now , 6 months before they were choice to move to DevOps platform engg after a round of interview, ppl who are not able to clear are being asked to leave. But as per my knowledge this is happening across the industry.

Negative reviews can be more true than positive ones. Wlb can be dependent on projects, as most projects dont have any quality work there can be some balance.

Don't join CBA. CBA is not safe anymore ... Most of the roles are getting removed. On 17-Jun-25 , around 400+ people got notified to drop resignation. They gave 2 months notice to serve and leave. It's happened for QA and BA roles. Soon it will start for Dev, PO & Managers.

Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Working on a deal where buyer's side keeps on insisting on a POA to effectuate all actions of Seller under the agreement, including executing documents. I keep striking this and commenting that this is not standard. Has anyone dealt with this? I am okay with a limited POA based on the industry of the Seller, but not this general POA.
