"People just want it to work" is a thing clients have said about the product the company I work for makes. It's true. And it's all over. I usually think it's because Agile's method is what everyone thinks works but so much stuff across all tech areas seems to be released broken and then never fixed or fixed way too slowly. Anyone else feel this way? Has Agile worked for you and your clients?

Failed REG for the second time and I've worked in tax for about 6 months. First time I got a 72 and the second a 74. Feel pretty worthless 😢

In India, it seems most of the Captive/Product Companies are in Banking Finance.. especially in Pune and Mumbai.. I just know Iqvia, Legato and GE Healthcare.. but all are in Bangalore.. any companies in Pune location as well? I'm mostly a technical person, but worked with mostly Healthcare clients

I work in healthcare administration but was a medic for years. You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done. I would take a pay cut to work for a system that's actually trying to do something disruptive in the Industry as opposed to just using buzz words in ppt.

I need your immediate help for Barclays, i am in the middle of the interview process for Barclays Pune/Mumbai, I have heard that they do check Credit Report for all roles as a part of their Pre employment screening (May be stage 1).
Is that correct?
Can someone please check their Background screening report and confirm?
I think they use Hireright as their 3rd part agency but not sure.

Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.

If a company matches 50% of 401k contributions to 6% of salary, does that mean they’ll put in 6% if I put in 12% or will they put in max of 3% on my 6% contribution? Curious what their wording means

What should I expect during my call with Deloitte’s recruitment advisor? I received a verbal offer last week, and a meeting invite this week with the advisor. If you receive an RFE on the I485 while it has been pending for 180 days, does your new company attorney respond to the RFE? Assuming you switched companies after it has been pending for 180 days. Anyone experienced anything similar?
