Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a barista job in Singapore (open to full-time ).
I have 3 years of experience, skilled in espresso machine operations, calibration, and pour-over.
Open to any café recommendations—feel free to message me. Thanks!

Would recommend finding cafes you want to work at and directly asking if they are hiring with your resume in hand in person (staff will likely direct you to the manager if ask is done well and at the right time of day) - fastest way to find something

You're on the right track with your experience, it’s clear you know your way around the machine. But here’s the truth:
Cafés get tons of walk-ins and messages every week. If you want to stand out, you need more than just skills, you need something that speaks for you when you're not in the room.
That’s where a professional barista resume comes in.

It doesn’t have to be complicated. Just a clean one-pager that shows:
– Your years of experience
– The coffee techniques you’ve mastered
– Tools and machines you’ve worked with
– Any standout achievements (fast service, loyal customers, etc.)

Bring that with you when you walk in and you instantly move from "someone looking for a job" to "someone ready for the role."

Don’t leave it to chance. A tailored resume is your quiet salesman. Get it done.

Let me know if I can walk the journey with you
