I'm evaluating three offers for a Product Owner role and would really appreciate some advice from people who have worked at these companies recently.
Total experience - 9 years (5.5 years PO)
**Offers:**
• Wipro: ₹21.5 LPA
• TCS: ₹21.5 LPA
• Accion Labs: ₹22 LPA

I'm looking for insights based on your recent experience,
• Product ownership maturity and, opportunities and career growth
• Work-life balance
• Management and team culture
• Job stability
• Appraisal and salary growth

So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. Because I am able to “pick up and go” I’m open to opportunities and locations. I’ve never worked with a recruiter but was hoping I could get some recommendations!

Doesn’t everyone think they’re above average or are there people who actually think that they’re not as good as others? (Specifically in terms of advertising and for creatives)

I have got an offer from a startup (not listed yet). They are giving a good CTC with no ESOPs. What are your suggestions?

Any firms that use CCH make sure your invoices are being checked carefully. We just reviewed ours and were over-billed the last 2 years. We were supposed to have discounts and the math wasn’t even correct across for the amount times the discount to the amount billed. The worst part is our rep then gave a bullshit story of how the list price was incorrect on the invoice but the amount billed was correct.

One more scenario when dealing with counter offer with holding offer for X.

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?
