Bain & Company Hello Fishes.
What is the average CTC offered for a Research Associate with 1 year of experience in Healthcare consulting?
I'm looking forward for opportunities, hence would be great to know the current CTC trends to effectively negotiate with the employer.
Thanks in advance!

I am literally the best creative on earth.
Right?!? There’s no one better than me, obviously.
I’d say I’m a hot average.
That sweet spot!
Self-serving bias is a thing.
Dunning Krueger Effect is a thing.
But Impostor Syndrome is also a thing.
Over confidence and narcissism are often an attempt to hide low self esteem... so you often get both 'I'm the best/I'm the worst' in the same package.
Very true and agree with all your points. My post is obviously not about a fact and knows that whatever someone’s impression be of themselves is not a reflection of truth but merely how a person views themselves. I just want to gauge the ratio of people who THINK they are below average as compared to the ratio of people who THINK they are above average.
Honest opinion: I think I’m a mix. Above average at some aspects of my job, average at some, and below at some.
As a whole, I would say yes, I’m above average at being a CD when the job calls for a CD with my strengths.

I’m the same way. Net net I make it all work and I feel like my strengths outweigh my weaknesses, but that’s not always the case depending on the project.
I feel the same as cd1. I’m a mix but when I’m tasked with aspects that I know aren’t my strengths I try to work harder to offset them. Once I became more realistic about my skills I became more successful.
I suffer from both extreme narcissism and imposter syndrome.
“I suck, I only won one clio I should have won one hundred gold lions”
“I’m trash I proposed 99 global campaigns and only one got made and that was just lucky”
If you are like me you are probably not as good as you think but better than you hoped.

Speak for yourself, creative 1. 🤭
I’m average and a little boring. It’s worked out.

As a junior, I switched between feeling the best or worst creative in the world constantly. It was a rollercoaster. Experience has given me some peace of mind. That insecurity is gone. I know I can sit at the table with the best of them but I don’t make a fuss about it.
