Two quick questions about Deutsche Bank's onboarding process:
On average, how many days in advance does DB send the welcome/onboarding email with reporting details, relative to the joining date?

I understand onboarding sessions typically happen on Mondays and Wednesdays , if my joining date doesn't fall on either of those days, does the joining date usually get shifted to align with the onboarding schedule, or does onboarding happen separately?
