Could someone please clarify the background verification (BGV) process and any subsequent steps involved? Currently, my Workday status shows Background Check, while the BGV has already been completed in HireRight.

I would also like to know if there are any additional requirements, such as medical tests, that need to be completed before the joining date. Kindly let me know the complete process following BGV.

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

My sister & I don’t get along because i feel she is extremely rude & prefers outsiders over family. My parents however, despite the fact that she disrespects them too, always say she is our daughter & we have to deal with it so just let her be. My mom thinks she is not in a good financial state so we should help her & I don’t want to given her disgusting behavior. Planning software- does anyone know of software that is good for younger clients? I use moneyguide pro but it does not seem to be made for clients that are coming in for planning over questions like can they afford a house or other short term goals.
