I finally got the offer letter from VWITS, but the joining date mentioned is incorrect which is 10 sept.
I told them to revise it 10 Oct, their response is that it will be done, you can accept this offer letter.

Should I put my resignation? Or should I wait for the revised offer letter ?

Volkswagen has S4HANA project and Bosch has ECC project. I am thinking of Volkswagen.
