GE Healthcare 23L fixed but under third party payroll (Joulestowatts). FTE conversions can happens after 6 months. (I like the project here). And no gratuity.
Is it worth joining GE healthcare under third party payroll and how about conversion to Full time in GE, does anyone here know about this?

Work Culture - too much power in too less hands and hence, exploitation and politics. Micromanagement by delivery heads is something that is very evident.
WLB - Even though everyone is supposed to log 9 hours, the actual work on a daily basis is more like 2-3 hours. Most folks in SAP don’t have a proper engagement are and made to work on whatever is available.
Job Security - Don’t mess with the bosses, keep a low profile and you can plan you’re retirement. Be a leech.
