Hi fishes,
I got released from the project on 1st Aug, and till now I didn't got any project as per policy the maximum bench period is 60 days, will HR ask me to resign?? or what will happen next after 60 days.

Definitely HR Will ask you to resign and you gonna get only one month of Salary.

I have few suggestions.
Check in Linkedin or Naukari - whether there are openings in LTIM as per your job skills.
If there are any - contact person or mail is given, reach out to them and ask for project.
If no spoc person details are given, post the same in YAMMER and ask for Update and you can fulfill the position.

I had recently seen a person posted that - project is completed, moved to bench, looking for projects and posted skillset in yammer.
The very next day in linkedin I saw the same skillset opening

Currently in Saas sales for MDM and AV, but I'm getting tired of the sales side and constant budget chase. Probably also because we get few leads and I have to do a lot of building pipeline from scratch.
