Do you still have opportunity to negotiate salary when you’re going thru a recruiter and they tell you the range upfront?

I am a ft interior designer, full time mom that also does part time photography on the side. I currently make 90K as a designer and bring in around 20K as a photographer/yr. My design job allows for me to work 100% remotely which helps with daycare pick up and drop off. I feel like I am not making as much as I should as an interior designer PM, and I have spoken to my higher ups about a pay raise with no luck since the pandemic hit the coliving residential market hard. *Continued below*

I work for a late stage(ipo) start up, earlier this year we were acquired & since then they got rid of our yearly bonuses and gave us an ESOP grant.
2 RIFs later we are almost bare bones. Since we are coming up on our usual yearly evaluations many of us assumed (with multiple conversation from our managers) that pay raises and promotions were due.
In a recent All hands we found out that this year there will be no pay raises nor promotions based off merit. Is it time to jump ship?

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. Had an interview today, for RN OnCall position. This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range. My goal is to find a similar position to the one I’m working now and add 20-30% to my income, the high range would meet

Does anyone have suggestions for what a salary should be for a Digital Marketing Analyst | Paid Social & Performance Media? I have 1 year of experience, the job asks for 0-1 year of experience. I feel I over meet the qualifications in some areas and just meet them in others. The recruiter said 50k is the salary the company is offer. I know I can negotiate.
